Andy Warhol’s estate in Montauk, Long Island which he bought in the 1970s with filmaker Paul Morrissey for $220,000. The property sat on 20 acres with 5 houses including a stable and 600 feet of oceanfront. It sold 5 years ago for 30 mill.
